Our standard production time is 4-8 weeks depending on complexity.

Q: What does the creation process look like?
We start by sending you a questionnaire to describe the key moments of your love story. We will also ask for your photos to create the character designs.
Next, we draft a storyboard based on your answers. Once you approve the storyboard and character design, we proceed with the animation.

Q: Can I customize the characters?
Absolutely. We draw you from scratch: hair, outfits, and even eye color!
If you want your pets included, just send us their photos too!

Q: Can we include actual photos in the animation?
Yes, definitely! A popular choice is to end the animated story with a real photo of the two of you (like your proposal shot or a pre-wedding picture).
Alternatively, we can begin with a photo slideshow to set the stage — showing your journey leading up to the animation.

Q: Do you include subtitles?
Yes, absolutely! We can add subtitles to your video (in English or your preferred language).

Q: What if I want to make changes to the animation?
Once we send you the first video preview, our package includes 2 rounds of complimentary amendments.

Q: What are the payment terms?
50% deposit to confirm the booking and start the storyboard.
50% balance upon completion, before the final high-resolution file is delivered.
We accept Bank Transfer, or Wise/PayPal for international couples.

Q: Do you do rush orders?
